Contest Rules
Prizes are awarded to the Pet whose receives the most votes during the current prize contest dates. At the end of the contest expiration date the pet who has received the most votes will be contacted via email to congratulate them and request their mailing address. The prize will be mailed within a week of the contest end date. Prize winners will be announced on the Haute or Not website. No purchase necessary. Must be 18 or older to participate. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.

Dog, ChihuahuaEli the Celebrity Chihuahua is a New York celebripup who won the Milk-Bone "Make Your and Your Dog Famous" Contest and was featured on the 2007 Milk-Bone Small Dog Biscuit box. Eli has since modeled for Bank of America and Bloomingdales, with Snoop Dogg on BET's "Rip the Runway", in numerous books and magazines, has had numerous TV and film appearances, and is even listed in the imdb. A regular at red carpet fundraisers, Eli has raised over $10,000 for the American Cancer Society. Eli and his owner Karen currently star in the reality series "Doggie Moms" which airs on NYC life on Wednesday's at 9:30 PM EST.
