You remember Tucker, the 16-year-old West Highland Terrier owned by Mary Lou Mooney of Laguna Beach, pacemaker recipient and general bringer of joy, has done it again, a week ago Sunday during the 14th annual Chili Cook-Off & Pet Parade at Tivoli Too in Laguna Beach. Tucker won first place for Best Costume.
