One creative soul out there did something so clever and out of the box along those lines we thought we'd share it with you!!! This family of which we speak had a problem, a problem familiar to many pet-parents, multiple pets some with a weight problem some not so much, so what did they do, something so obvious is almost ridiculous, they used the SureFlap indoors to separate the gobble it, up over-eaters, food supply from that of the svelte grazers, hence all the cats get the right amount of nutrition and calories!!!

And nobody get fat... now that's HAUTE!!!

The SureFlap is genius, and perfect for anyone that wants kitty to have it's freedom, while keeping the riff-raff, and the occasional raccoon at bay!!!

The SFMCD identifies cats using their unique identification microchip, unlocking only for your pet thus preventing strays and neighborhood cats from entering your home.SFMCD's recognize the ID chip already implanted in your cat, so there's nothing else you have to buy!!!

The SFMCD people sent us a SureFlap door to try out for our selves, in fact what they sent was a counter top POS (point of sale) model, the type of thing that would be used in a store display, fully assembled and ready to go, they must have already known about our aforementioned limitations. The sample came with a toy cat, the toy was implanted with a microchip, for demonstration purposes, it would be an 'untruth' to tell you we haven't had some fun taunting Gordi & Loca with the fake cat while testing out the SureFlap.

The SureFlap has performed perfectly through-out our unscientific testing process, but the little test kitten is looking a little ruff... Gordi got a hold of her for a minute the other night!!!
