Hmmm I know in human years but ya got me stumped with the dog years! I have to figure it out in dog years??????????? I love these and may have to order one since I won't win the contest! lol

I say a human must be at least 100 years old and a dog must be at least 14.2 years old to be on the back of the smucker's jelly jar.

Couldn't find your Facebook page. The answer to the contest question is 100 people years, which, depending on which method you use is 700 dog years (based on the commonly accepted 7 to 1 ratio) or 221 dog years based on what I have most recently read (the first 2 years equal 25 years, each year thereafter equals 2 years).

100 years old for humans, not sure that a dog (or any pet) can be on the Smucker's jelly jar, although they should really let them 'cuz some pets are cuter than the humans lol The minimum age for dogs would still be 100, which would be like 14 1/2 human years.

I believe you need to be 100 yrs old in people years and being every human year is 7 ....i would say 700 yrs...but whose fur baby lives THAT long!!!! Pick me Pick me!!!! My baby Katie needs a license!!!! xox Thanks!!

The minimum age for a human to be on the Smucker Jar is 100 and the minimum age for a dog in dog years would also be 100 too! Although, the minimum age for a dog in human years is about 21. They say the new way to calculate dog years is: 15 years for the 1st year & 9 years for the 2nd year & then add 4 years for every year after the second year. complicated I know!
