This Saturday May22, Lorenzo and whole bunch of other New York hauties will be participating in The Mayor’s Alliance for NYC’s Animals® first annual Adoptapalooza

The event promises to be fun filled and action packed right from the start
.
At 11:00AM, good friend of HorN Pets, Prince Lorenzo Borghese founder of Royal Pet Club , will take the stage as the host of the Adoptable Dog Trot, where potential adopters will have a sneak peek at the adorable dogs available for adoption at the event. Furry four-legged New Yorkers eager to find a forever home will strut their snouts on the “dog-walk” wearing outfits provided by The New York Dog Shop (super haute according to Gordi). There will be some fantastic felines available for adoption too, but they will remain inside the adoption vans (safety first)!!!

The day will also feature a dog agility course and demonstration, provided by Walk This Way Canine Behavior Therapy. A doggie costume contest emceed by LX New York’s Maria Sansone, pet owners interested in participating in the show, can sign-up at www.animalalliancenyc.org/adoptapalooza/(Gordi & Loca are sooooo disappointed that they won’t be in NYC this weekend).

Other free activities will include: TTouch for pets by Tavi & Friends: photos of you and your dog by Petographs.com, meet the “Dog Expert”, author Sheryl Matthys, “Ask-the-Vet” questions with Dr Cary Nulton and “Ask-the-Trainer” questions with Lisa Long.

There will be raffle drawings throughout the day with some really haute prizes provided by the pet friendly W Hotel, Camp Bow Wow, Pet Central, Kipling, and of course Royal Treatment Doggie Spa Products just to name a few.

This truly sounds like an event that all pet parents and all wanna-be pet parents will definitely want to attend! What better way to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon in New York.
