An open letter from our good friend Lorenzo Borghese... Please Help!!!

Royal Pet Club’s charity arm, Animal Aid USA, is facilitating relief efforts for those shelters affected by Hurricane Sandy in three central locations: Bergen County, Atlantic County and Staten Island. We have been informed that the shelters in the tri-state areas need more help now than eve!. Dogs and cats have been brought in drenched in kerosene and covered in filth from swimming in polluted waters. They are scared, disorientated, cold, and hungry and need our help. Anything you can do to assist us in our efforts would be greatly appreciated. Below is the information you need to help us make a difference.

Animal Aid USA along with the Humane Society of the United States is joining forces with the Bergen County Animal Shelter. This shelter is acting as a “Supply Hub” for the surrounding NJ shelters as well as shelters in the five boroughs on New York. Bergen County is requesting pet food, treats, toys, leashes, collars, blankets, towels, pet beds, monetary donations and cat litter. Additionally, they need volunteers to drive supplies to surrounding shelters in NJ, NYC and Staten Island. If you can transport supplies please call 201-229-4600 .

To Donate Supplies to Bergen County, please mail to address below. Animal Aid and the American Humane Association will be at this shelter tomorrow from 1-5 pm.

The Bergen County Shelter is acting as a “Supply Hub” for the surrounding shelters wiped out by Hurricane Sandy. To Donate Supplies to the Atlantic County shelter, please mail to address below. Animal Aid and the American Humane Association of the United States will be at this shelter on Friday and Saturday.
