A Los Angeles Based Rescue

Though only a few years old, Bill Foundation has been instrumental in saving the lives of over 1000 dogs in LA County. In its first year the Bill Foundation rescued more than 260 dogs - the great majority from Los Angeles shelters - and placed them in new and loving homes. In addition, they've rescued approximately 200 more dogs on behalf of other rescue organizations.
